Now Hiring - Administrative Assistant/Account Executive Assistant in Clarendon Hills, IL

Position Summary:

Supports the administration and processing of client funding requests and provides customer service levels consistent with Compass Funding Solutions' (CFS) business objectives. Responsibilities include timely communication with clients regarding daily funding, resolving disputes, verification and risk management in accordance with the risk protocol outlined in the CFS Operations Manual.

Responsibilities:

• Provides outstanding customer service internally and externally via telephone, email and written correspondence
• Review and ensure proper load documentation is correctly imaged in the database. Effectively communicates with client if missing documentation.
• Verification of freight load with the assigned debtor per operational guidelines
• Submits debtor credit inquiries into the database and makes recommendations to Account Executives on specific invoices
• Reviews clients’ A/R aging, resolution of Disputes, Open Credits, Post Verifications and Confirmations on accounts as needed
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Provide ongoing client training in Compass’ processes and systems
• Effectively communicate with team members, debtors, clients, Account Executives and Senior Account Executives while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Executive and Senior Account Executive

Governance:

• Quarterly reporting to the Account Executive regarding portfolio performance, compliance issues, customer reviews
• Annual review by Senior Account Executive, and Operations Manager, to determine proficiency, future positioning in company

Experience:

• Some college education preferred, but not a requirement
• Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus (not required): Spanish, Russian, Romanian, Punjabi
• Trucking experience a plus (not a requirement)
